NEWSLETTER / AUGUST 2016

Welcome to my brand new newsletter!

Bonjour! Verona here, from Montreal, hoping you are enjoying your summer. I want to share with you some of the many exciting things I am working on.

Art

With my paintings at the Winsor Gallery in Vancouver, BC and the Woolff Gallery in London, UK, I am thrilled to be invited to join the roster of artists represented by Gallerique in Chicago, Illinois. To view my artworks, visit:

I am also pleased to announce that Loto-Quebec’s art collection, which I am apart of, will soon be displayed in casinos, health centres and other public institutions across Québec. This is a follow-up pilot project to my 2009 participation in La Collection Lôto-Québec’s tour to multiple museums and art centres across the province. For this project, one of my paintings was also published in a catalogue showcasing a small selection of art works (50) chosen from more than 4000 pieces.

New Social Enterprise – ‘Food for Thought for the Homeless’

This year is special for me as I launched a philanthropic initiative in spring called, ‘Food for Thought for the Homeless’, which helps those living on the streets of Montreal. Together with a team of volunteers, we provide them with care packages, consisting of clothing for the harsh winter, toiletries, and homemade food, in an endeavour to offer them dosages of encouragement and comfort. In line with my philanthropic commitment, I am donating 15% of the net profit of my future art sales to humanitarian projects, such as ‘Food for Thought for the Homeless’.
